As a leading credit report repair company, CreditUs has been helping thousands of people improve their credit reports and boost their credit scores. This has helped them obtain financing approval so they can afford the homes of their dreams. The challenges being faced in today's financial marketplace have been pushing CreditUs down a new path: that of working directly with Mortgage Pros and Realtors to speed up the home-financing process and gain a wider client reach.

This challenge has been addressed by VEONIA, which came up with a smart system, called CreditUs Connect. This web technology links together all parties involved in the home selling process. But before we dive into this platform, we will briefly go through the basics of the CreditUs project.

The Logo & Corporate Identity

The CreditUs logo and corporate identity are custom-fitted to reflect the feeling of "getting there," the "goal," the "happiness of being able to fulfill a dream." The sun symbol combined with the road symbol comprise the logo convey a feeling of fulfillment. That is, CreditUs is able to help you purchase your dream home or car by allowing you to qualify for financing.

The Website

When we started the CreditUs project (and by the way, this is an ongoing project with CreditUs which has been ongoing for over six6 years), CreditUs was only dealing only with the individuals who were seeking to improve their credit scores. Today, the site also speaks to Mortgage Professionals and Realtors, as with the marketing strategy having shifted during over the years towards these categories of professionals, who can refer clients for financing. We considered this approachit to be a much more efficient strategy than to trying to attractget every single individual out there.

Each of these areas contains a landing page and a set of inner pages. Each landing page sports a video in the header, making it easy for CreditUs’s potential clients to understand exactly what the company does and how Credit Us can help them, all without having to go through heaps of written content.

The site also allows a secure and simple way to sign up and the overall goal of the site is to bring people quickly to the point of close.

The Client, Mortgage Pro and Realtor Online Accounts

No matter whether the CreditUs client is an Individual, a Mortgage Pro or a Realtor, he or she receives access to his/her Online Account.

Now, the Individual Online Account is rather different from the Mortgage Pro or Realtor Online Account. This is because it caters to two different needs. The Individual must see his or her credit scores and reports. He or she must also be able to view his or her communication with the Credit Analyst he or she is assigned during the signup process. Meanwhile, the Mortgage Pro and Realtor Accounts enable these professionals to refer a client to CreditUs and track that client’s credit report repair process as it unfolds.

Both accounts automatically notify, via email, both the Individual and the Professionals, of any important updates they may be interested in (e.g., credit reports updated, referred client signed up with CreditUs, new message from your CreditUs Specialist, etc.)

The Admin & Back End

Behind the scenes, the CreditUs Business System is a monster. There are many people working in data centers who process people's credit reports. They analyze the reports and then use the Back Office System to electronically submit the disputed credit items with the three main Credit Reporting Agencies (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian). A robust, data-base driven Back Office System is basically what enables CreditUs to remove the negative items from the client's credit reports. Furthermore, the Back Office System also handles the customer support service. Everything is online, in the cloud, built in PHP, AJAX and MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.

The Communication System

Communicating with CreditUs clients and potential clients is handled via two systems. One is a proprietary server system used to send notifications, while the other is a mass-mailing promotional service called iContact. We use the latter to dispatch periodical CreditUs Success Stories, Promotions and important mass notifications.

No matter what system is used the communication looks neat and tidy because of the beautiful HTML email templates, featuring cool graphics and content formatting.
